[patch] (rails_datamapper) add session store for rails (and some rack plugins)

since this is not the place for rack related code using datamapper, I just put that part of the code onto http://github.com/mkristian/rack_datamapper but the patch assumes the gem from rack_datamapper.

there you find some plugins for rack (maybe these thingys are called differently) among them is a session store which uses datamapper and wrappers which embrace the request with a transaction or an identity scope.
