Postgresql adapter doesn't support authentication

Right now, the postgresql adapter only passes on a dbname parameter to DataObject:
conn = DataObject::Postgres::Connection.new("dbname=#{@configuration.database}")
It would be nice to be able to use full connection strings (username, password, host, port, etc)

This is resolved in trunk. Will push out a new gem over the weekend.
