dm-types missing bcrypt dependency

Depending on dm-types (in merb) attempts to load bcrypt-ruby gem, but it was not installed when I installed/upgraded the dm-types gem. Missing gem dependency?

bcrypt isn't pre compiled for windows and windows users can't user dm-types/merb :(

Thanks Michael, Windows users should now wait for a new release, in the mean time, they should use version 0.9.9
dependency, "dm-types", "0.9.9" # instead of dm_gem_version
