dm-more/dm-tags has no install task

dm-more/dm-tags added ~10 hours ago is missing the extra rake tasks like 'rake install' that dm-more/Rakefile attempts to call.
I've added the missing tasks straight into the dm-more/dm-tags/Rakefile just to get everything up and running if you'd like the pull the changes from me.
