Performance problem on BCrypt

There is a performance problem using the bcrypt type. I just test it and the test takes 2.8 seconds. Before of use it, it took 0.8 seconds.
The problem is because now it access always to bcrypt, while that before I was using the hook before :create, :set_password and so it only was accessing to bcrypt before of create the object.

There were several changes to BCryptHash recently, could you confirm if this is still a problem?

I'm going to close this ticket because the original reporter has not replied to questions asking if it is still a problem. There have been no other reports of this issue either.
