Bug fix for aggregation conditions

When using conditions with the Model.count method, it would error out with a 'qualify not defined' error, and then an SQL error. Have attached a patch that gets it working on my system.

Adam, please double-check that this is still broken. So basically please start with making sure there's a spec to cover the case.
Then if it fails, apply ze changes in ze patch please.

It looks like this has been fixed in the latest code changes. I have updated the code on my machine and it behaves properly.
