MySQL cross-table join fix

I added a Table class and the 'quote_table' method required to quote the table correctly (copied from the postgresql adapter).
With this change, cross-table joins work well for me.

mrcsparker: I'm not sure what this is referring to exactly. Could you provide a diff based patch or further explanation?

I'm not really sure this applies at all to the current dm-core code, it's also unclear what the specific fix is, and the original reporter hasn't replied to Sam's inquiry on May 2nd. Marking this ticket as invalid.
