DM::Persistence should include DM::Is::Tree

Currently the DataMapper::Is::Tree module is included in DataMapper::Base instead of in DataMapper::Persistence. This means that models which mix in DM::Persistence don't have access to is_a_tree.
The patch should be next to trivial, so I'll post it Real Soon Now(tm).
