select "insert ..." without returning will segfault dm-postgres-adapter

Attached file produces a segfault for me when run against a postgres database. Ruby 1.8.7, 64-bit linux.
I found this because I wanted to do "insert ... returning id" in a select, but accidentally omitted the returning. This appears to work correctly. I'd quite like this use case to still work when the bug is fixed.
