database.get subverts paranoia, film at 11!

So database#get doesn't use the same materialize method as the standard loader (the plan is to do some cleanup after 0.3.0 when we can profile both and focus on condensing the code while increasing performance).
For now we just need to add a similar check when generating the queries.
In fact... the simple query generated should probably move into Table. Something like Table#to_select_sql seems like it would be pretty nice actually...

OK, query.rb is pretty much done. Going to just close this out for now, it shouldn't hold up 0.3.0.
