GH Issue Trackers should be turned-off in Repo Configuration

Its confusing having a the "Issues" tab displayed and link to GH's own issue tracker

I hit return too soon, sorry. This should be qualified. I think the problem only exists for DO currently. I had someone post an issue in there, and it should go in LH.
