uniq! behaves different from MRI

The uniq! behaves different from MRI when performing operation on the results:
the .uniq! returns nil in DM, but in MRI it returns an array. More details please see the comments.

In MRI Array#uniq! returns nil if there are no duplicate entries, so this is as expected. DM delegates to Array#uniq! anyway, so it should not differ in any way.
Is there something else you expected to happen?
