dm-rest-adapter exception

dm-rest-adapter throws an exception on #create:

Arthur, dm-rest-adapter is likely going to be removed from dm-more, unless we can find a maintainer for it. The previous maintainer is not currently available.
There are a number of issues with the adapter, including specs that use mocks so much that they don't really test the implementation at all, as well as not really doing much more than basic read queries. I think it needs a major overhaul to stay in dm-more.
If we should find a maintainer, it will likely be renamed to dm-activeresource-adapter, since it works specifically with the ActiveResource style web services only, and not generic RESTful services (although it's doubtful a truly generic REST adapter could ever be made)
