Missing dm-validations dependency in dm-tags

Hi, I have expericed some bugs with dm-tags (bugs on updating records, not when creating (http://gist.github.com/30503). After some investigations, it turns out that dm-tags requires dm-validations, and t is not written in the gem as a dependenc.

It also turns out that some modifications were required in order to make dm-tags more robust. You'll find them in github.com:rhyhann/dm-more. My commit shows all of what I've changed.

Rhyhann, I've pushed your fix to dm-tags and did a bit of cleanup myself on the existing code.
I'm marking this resolved, but I'd appreciate it if you could pull down the latest edge dm-tags and make sure everything is ok at your end.
