is_remixable does not pick up hooks

the hooks that are defined in the remixable module are not working in the models later. I think this is not implemented, I've created a quick patch for this and a simple spec here (though it's not perfect, I guess can be improved if this feature is going to be implemented at all):

There is a discussion going on about reworking dm-is-remixable to have an API that more closely resembles dm's "has" API amongst a few other things. I'll assign that ticket to myself so that it reminds me that it's desired to support hooks inside remixable modules.
