dm-more 0.9.0.1 won't install

When you try to do a fresh install of dm-more it won't install. It fails with the following error:
ERROR: Error installing dm-more:
dm-more requires dm-couchdb-adapter (>= 0.9.0.1)
Looking at gems.datamapper.org, it's apparent that the dm-couchdb-adapter gem isn't there.
So, I guess, either the gem should be added there, or the dependency should be removed. Either way, right now the gem just won't install.

Similar problem was here: http://wm.lighthouseapp.com/proj...
Basically download the latest build of dm-more from git-hub, untar, cd into adapters directory and then do "rake gem".
That fixes it for now.
