[PATCH] Adding erb templates to resource_controller generator in merb_datamapper

I added erb templates inspired by the rails ones to the resource_controller generator.
I also modified the generator so that the controller support CPKs (to use together with the patch for merb routing behavior in http://merb.lighthouseapp.com/pr... )
You can apply the patch or pull it from git://github.com/giom/dm-more.git
