Please use http:// URLs in all Gemfiles.

Some users are stuck behind overly restrictive firewalls / proxies which only allow HTTP through, which blocks cloning Git repositories via git:// URLs. All DM Gemfiles should use http:// URLs to avoid firewalls / proxies.
